I believe that all human beings are created in the image of God. As such, we are to cherish every life, from conception to natural death. It is my goal to protect every child in the womb; to see that every child has food, shelter, education, and healthcare; to see that every person’s essential needs are met.
Providing for the needs of people, however, is not the government’s job. It is the job of churches, local charities, neighbors. Let’s return to our traditions of caring for one another without government regulations or compulsion.
